Cancellation Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.
3. Exclusion / Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire early, in the case of:
Contracts for the supply of services, if the service has been fully performed and performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (§356(4) BGB).
Contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By purchasing our services, you expressly agree that we may begin performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
